The second annual New Music on the Bayou Festival will be held in West Monroe, Monroe and Ruston, LA, on May 31-June 3. New Music on the Bayou exists to give modern music a voice and inspire our communities with fresh ideas about the arts. Over the four-day festival, we will present 7 concerts filled with new contemporary-classical music from around the world. Free concerts will be held at The Stone Theatre in Ruston on 5/31, Lincoln Parish Library on 6/1, Downtown Art Crawl on 6/1, Masur Museum on 6/2, Biedenharn Hall, ULM on 6/2, Black Bayou Wildlife Refuge on 6/3 a ticketed concert and reception at the Strauss Theatre in Monroe on 6/3.
